Kamara Day Services is seeking dependable, caring Direct Support Professionals to support members in day program settings and community-based environments. DSPs assist members with daily living skills, personal growth, social skills, health & safety support, behavior management, and community integration while encouraging independence and quality of life. Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): Provide direct care supports during daily program activities Assist with ADLs as needed (hygiene, feeding assistance, toileting, grooming) Provide supervision and behavioral support per member's ISP / Support Plan Encourage skill building, independence, and active engagement Facilitate recreational, learning, and community activities/outings Assist with transportation to appointments, activities, and program outings Maintain accurate daily documentation, attendance, progress notes, & incident reporting Maintain a safe, structured, supportive environment at all times Communicate effectively with supervisors, guardians, and members in a professional manner.
