Description Job Title: Direct Support Professional - DSP Location: Pennsylvania Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16.00 Date Posted: 02/16/2026 About The Role We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, hands-on care to individuals in our residential programs across Pennsylvania. As a DSP, you’ll empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently and thrive within their communities. This is a direct care role that requires reliability, empathy, and a heart for service.
