We are hiring a full‑time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an adult male with developmental disabilities in his family home. This position requires physical strength, emotional stability, and consistent reliability . A mature adult with the life experience and stability typically found in individuals in their 30s–40s is preferred. This is a long‑term, structured position — ideal for someone who values routine, calm communication, and meaningful one‑on‑one work.
