Job Description: Job Summary The Director of Accounts Payable is responsible for leading the accounts payable function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic insights to improve financial processes. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in accounts payable management. Essential Job Responsibilities Lead the accounts payable team and manage the accounts payable function. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Develop and implement accounts payable policies and procedures. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve processes. Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial operations. Qualifications & Requirements Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience : 10+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field. Skills Accounting Account Reconciliations Accounts Payable Management Analytical Thinking Bank Reconciliations Communication Detail-Oriented Expenses Financial Analysis Functional Expertise General Ledger (GL) High Accuracy Invoice Processing Invoice Verification Leadership Professional Collaboration Certifications : Certified Accounts Payable Manager (CAPM) preferred. Physical Requirements : Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment. The Compensation range for this role is $110K USD - $120K annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
