Identifies, understands, and foresees future operational needs, translating them into technical requirements and tangible operations. Owns clinical components across Care Advocacy Services, understanding liability, impacts, and clinical processes within outpatient and hospital settings. Identifies areas for improvement in care delivery and future service opportunities. Understands and interprets data and analytics at both detailed individual and broader operational levels. Communicates effectively with leaders across the organization on clinical, technical, and non-clinical operations. Manages supervisor-level direct reports, aiding in upskilling and coaching leadership skills to ensure team success. Partners with product and tech teams to ensure understanding of technical releases, changes, or breaks impacting Care Advocacy. Develops and maintains a culture of diversity and understanding. Actively manages and participates in monthly budget reviews. Other duties as assigned. Clearly communicates needs and strategies for growth and optimization to organizational leaders.
