This role is based at one of our corporate offices in McLean, VA or Miami, FL*** Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, marketing and eCommerce, and analytics functions! As Director, Commercial Performance & Pricing Strategy, you will report to the Global Head and VP All Inclusive and Resorts. You will support the launch and growth of All Inclusive and Resort brands through areas central to Hilton's "commercial engine" and important to profitable growth. You will lead the portfolio commercial performance agenda and provide pricing strategy guidance, promotional governance, and revenue-management coordination for All Inclusive and Resorts in close partnership with enterprise and regional teams. What You'll Do During a Typical Day Lead category pricing strategy and promotional governance for All Inclusive and Resorts, partnering with enterprise teams to align on strategy, guardrails, and capability development. Translate this direction into portfolio‑level guidance by brand, destination, and source market. Develop portfolio pricing strategies across booking windows, seasonality, need periods, and key trading moments to guide commercial actions. Guide offer strategy, promotional constructs, and rate‑product recommendations across direct and third‑party channels to support brand positioning and profitable growth. Influence portfolio strategy and commercial activity, supporting in‑year performance actions and ensuring alignment with enterprise teams and regional stakeholders. Leverage multiple data sources to understand historical and forward‑looking performance, identify commercial drivers, and assess risks and opportunities across the global portfolio. Develop a forward‑looking commercial outlook, identifying gaps and opportunities across pricing, channel mix, conversion, demand generation, and revenue outcomes. Facilitate and maintain the commercial planning and performance review process, including scorecards and action plans that communicate performance, drive accountability, and flag risks or underperformance. Work with regional Revenue Management teams to identify capability gaps and ensure teams have the tools, reporting, and All‑Inclusive lens needed to support strategic decision‑making. Curate clear presentations and communicate the commercial performance and pricing narrative, including progress on initiatives and key risks, to senior leadership. How You'll Collaborate With Others Partner with Revenue Management, regional leaders, Commercial Directors, and enterprise teams to align pricing strategy guidance and commercial actions that support topline growth, ADR, profitability, and brand positioning. Partner with enterprise Pricing, Distribution, and Revenue Management teams on rate‑product and policy development, ensuring All Inclusive and Resorts needs remain connected to broader enterprise strategy and guardrails. Build relationships across commercial and operational leaders, working in a matrix structure to identify capability gaps and strengthen execution across the All Inclusive and Resorts portfolio. Translate pricing strategy guidance and performance priorities into clear execution requirements for Distribution and other partners to ensure accurate implementation across systems and channels. Partner with Business Intelligence, Pre‑Opening, and Commercial teams to support KPI tracking, reporting, and pricing recommendations for business needs, including new openings and conversions. Support business cases, pricing briefs, executive updates, and decision materials related to commercial performance initiatives. Projects You'll Take Ownership Of Collaborate with the Global Head and VP of All Inclusive and Resorts, along with above‑property commercial teams and functional leaders, to define priorities, capabilities, and processes that support profitable growth. Facilitate the regular commercial planning and performance review process, curating content and communicating performance, risks, opportunities, and action plans. Maintain a clear view of portfolio commercial initiatives, linking priorities, owners, timelines, progress, outcomes, and risks. Establish governance and tracking for category commercial initiatives to improve visibility, accountability, and execution. Manage the portfolio promotional calendar and category pricing strategy guidance with enterprise teams, ensuring clear approval routines, decision rights, and measurement. Develop portfolio pricing and commercial strategies for key trading periods in partnership with Revenue Management, Distribution, Analytics, Marketing
