Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Customer Operations. The individual will lead operational strategy, oversee customer satisfaction initiatives, and ensure excellence in service delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing customer journeys, managing customer support functions, and analyzing operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. The Director will also play a critical role in developing and implementing policies and processes that enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications Strong Operations Management skills including process optimization and team leadership Proven abilities in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and enhancing overall Customer Experience Analytical Skills with expertise in evaluating performance metrics and driving data-driven decisions Experience managing cross-functional teams and implementing customer-centric solutions Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and operational tools Prior experience in financial services or related industries is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA is a plus)
