The Director Demand Planning is responsible for managing the S&OP process to drive the volume forecast for enterprise planning and execution. Accountabilities: Own the development and execution of the demand planning strategy across all channels and product categories. Lead the creation of unconstrained and constrained demand plans, incorporating seasonality, promotional lifts, and long-range planning assumptions. Manage demand planning horizons extending 36 months to support fresh pack and long-cycle production decisions. Establish and continuously improve
