Your Role Lead a National project management group responsible for healthcare design/build projects coordinated with medical imaging equipment installations Provide operational oversight to include partnerships with sales, finance, legal, procurement, project/product owners, vendors and customer stakeholders Drive to ensure site readiness, successful project turnover & delivery with stakeholders Support our sales organization with customer site visits, project budgeting, and capital planning throughout the U.S. Own Revenue Forecast related to Design & Construction Services (DCS) revenue Manage the overall project proposal process, ensuring scope/cost goals are met Train and mentor DCS PMs, including coordination and oversight of on-the-Job Training (OJT) for new PMs Recruit, develop, manage, and mentor construction/design vendors Monitor all projects as reported weekly via internal systems to achieve the company’s business objectives Lead and coordinate all state licensure requirements related to design/build projects Your Expertise Proven track record with 10+ years of successful experience in medical imaging construction/project management, and successful demonstration of key operational responsibilities Project Management experience in healthcare construction (PMP Preferred) Current holder (or ability to obtain in 6 months) of state general contractor credential and healthcare construction/design credentials (e.g. ASHE CHC, AIA) Ability to achieve/hold state specific general contractor licenses throughout the country Required BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree High level of business acumen to include standard competencies (financial, market positioning, healthcare industry, and customer), in order to make sound decisions Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization Excellent presentation skills to include creating and presenting training materials and addressing C-level customers Proven record of being committed to do what it takes to get the job done on time and with high quality Ability to travel up to 30% Who we are : We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries. The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $143,900 - $197,868 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
