The Greater Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerceis dedicated to supporting local businesses, fostering economic growth, and enhancing the quality of life in our community. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Director, Member Success to join our team and help us strengthen our membership base while delivering exceptional value to our members. The Director, Member Success will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage members of the Chamber. This role requires a passionate individual with a strong understanding of member needs and a commitment to building relationships within the business community. Responsibilities Develop and execute membership recruitment and retention strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members. Conduct outreach to local businesses to promote Chamber membership benefits. Organize and host engagement events, workshops, and networking opportunities. Collaborate with the President & CEO to create promotional materials and campaigns. Track membership data and prepare reports on growth, retention, and engagement. Provide excellent customer service to members and respond to inquiries promptly. Represent the Chamber at community events and meetings to enhance visibility. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or experience in marketing and communications, or a related field. Proven experience in membership development, sales, or customer relations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build relationships and network within the community. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and membership management software.
