NEW HAVEN YOUTH AND seeks a Director to lead Finance, Accounting & Administration within our nonprofit youth services organization. In this role, you will oversee budgeting, reporting, and fiscal strategy to support therapeutic, residential, and educational programs for adolescents with emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges. You will guide a collaborative team, optimize administrative systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with clinical leaders to align resources with mission impact.
