Accountabilities Lead execution of strategic growth initiatives from concept through launch, partnering across product, marketing, and operations Develop business cases, market analyses, and go‑to‑market strategies to support new products and distribution opportunities Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and emerging trends in retirement and adjacent markets Support prioritization and execution of a portfolio of strategic initiatives aligned to Athene’s long‑term growth strategy Collaborate cross‑functionally within Athene and with Apollo to advance key initiatives and unlock new capabilities Qualifications and Experience 7+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, insurance, asset management, or related fields Experience executing complex, cross‑functional initiatives in ambiguous or fast‑paced environments Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the proven ability to influence stakeholders Demonstrated ability to take ownership, move quickly, and drive outcomes with a bias for action Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience $ - $ USD Annual Annual Salary for this role is market competitive. Actual salary for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
