Role Summary The Admissions Director leads the admissions process while promoting our organization to prospective students and families. The Admissions Director's main responsibility is working with potential students and their family. That work is to determine how Faith Bible Christian School can both fit into the family's life and at the same time determine how the family can fit into the Faith Bible Christian School community. In addition, the Admissions Director will work at improving the admissions process as needed to help our organization grow. To create a smooth pathway between student, family, Administration, teachers and staff. The Admissions Director is highly motivated, outgoing, has a proven track record in sales or enrollment & admissions and has a firm understanding of marketing through social media and other advertisement methods to promote the school to the local community. Experience in the education industry is a plus, and a passion for education is a must! The Admission Director must have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build relationships with families and the ability to maintain those relationships.
