Job Description OUR CLIENT IS A FAST GROWING K-BEAUTY COMPANY LOOKING FOR A STRONG DIRECTOR OF B2B SALES WHO IS CURRENTLY A DIRECTOR IN BEAUTY WHO LIVES IN LOS ANGELES AND HANDLES ALL SELL IN WITH ULTA, TARGET, WALMART. Overview This person well be expanding our retail footprint and accelerating brand discovery—while building strong, strategic partnerships with leading retailers such as ULTA Beauty, Target, Walmart etc. Our goal is simple: make cutting-edge K-beauty more accessible, faster. You’ll play a key role in driving our U.S. retail growth—owning and scaling major accounts end-to-end. From building strong buyer relationships and leading day-to-day communications to shaping promotion strategies and keeping operations running smoothly, you’ll be at the center of how we grow. This role is for someone who takes ownership end-to-end: identifying opportunities, opening doors, and driving revenue. The ideal candidate brings strong existing relationships within U.S. retail—or has the sales instinct and hustle to quickly convert new accounts. You should be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, moving fast, and making things happen. Key Responsibilities Define, execute, and optimize sales and operational strategies to drive team performance and achieve targets Own key US retail accounts (Pitch brands , Communicate& Negotiate terms with retail partners) – Drive revenue growth through sell-in, sell-through, and promotions- by working closely with CEO and CGO – Build and manage demand forecasts and inventory planning – Issue and manage purchase orders with brand partners ( brand partners are mostly based In Korea ) – Draft purchase contract with brand partners in Korea – Identify and open new retail channels – Make decisions on pricing, assortment, and strategy – Lead and scale a small but growing US team- hiring and managing teams Requirements – A leader of 8~10+ years in retail sales in beauty Proven track record of driving revenue and growing retail accounts – Great communication skills, managing relationships with senior merchandisers of major retailers Strong existing relationships with US retail buyers or ability to quickly open doors Experience managing multiple brands or channels Highly hands-on execution focused, Data and commercial driven Strong business judgement and ownership mindset Who does not mind working in a startup environment – Korean language skill (nice to have. not mandatory)
