Job Description
Midwest Behavioral Health Center is launching a new residential program and is seeking a licensed clinical leader to lead its development and day-to-day operations.This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for shaping the structure, culture, and performance of a high-acuity, 24/7 residential environment.We are looking for someone who brings both clinical credibility and operational awareness who thrives in dynamic, high-impact settings.What You'll DoLead all aspects of 24/7 residential operations, including staffing, safety, and program performanceRecruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team through active coaching, supervision, and supportCollaborate with leadership on budgeting, staffing strategy, and resource allocationSupport the development and implementation of clinical programming aligned with patient needsEnsure compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standardsMonitor key performance metrics to drive program outcomes and continuous improvementWhat You BringMaster's degree in behavioral health or related fieldActive Michigan licensure (LMSW, LPC, LLP, LMFT, or APN) with ability to provide supervisionMinimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral healthcare to include adolescent populationsMinimum of 2 years of leadership experienceExperience in residential treatment settings Strong operational, organizational, and team leadership skillsWork EnvironmentThis is a fully onsite position based in Tecumseh, Michigan.
