Job Overview We are seeking a well-connected and commercially savvy Strategic Sourcing Consultant / Business Development Director to support our expansion in AI infrastructure procurement and channel development. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with deep industry knowledge and a strong network across data center, server, GPU, OEM, distributor, and infrastructure markets. The ideal candidate understands the fast-moving landscape of high-performance compute and AI server procurement, and can help identify sourcing opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and accelerate access to qualified supply channels for next-generation infrastructure solutions. Duties Develop and maintain strategic relationships across OEMs, distributors, system integrators, data centers, cloud infrastructure providers, and enterprise hardware channels Identify qualified sourcing opportunities for AI infrastructure, including GPU servers and next-generation compute platforms Advise internal leadership on market availability, channel dynamics, pricing trends, and procurement strategy Introduce and cultivate relationships with relevant industry stakeholders, partners, and supply-side contacts Support commercial discussions, partnership development, and supplier engagement from initial introduction through execution Help expand the company’s sourcing and business development network in the AI and data center ecosystem Collaborate with internal teams on supplier screening, commercial evaluation, and relationship management Monitor industry trends in AI infrastructure, server supply, accelerator platforms, and enterprise procurement Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Qualifications 8+ years of business development, strategic sourcing, channel sales, or partner development experience in data center, server, semiconductor, or enterprise IT markets Strong network within AI infrastructure, GPU server, OEM, ODM, distributor, or data center ecosystems Familiarity with enterprise server platforms, accelerator-driven infrastructure, and high-performance compute markets Proven ability to build partnerships, open doors, and create qualified commercial opportunities Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Experience working with fast-moving supply environments and complex infrastructure procurement cycles Highly entrepreneurial, resourceful, and results-oriented Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred Preferred Background Experience with NVIDIA ecosystem partners, server manufacturers, or hyperscale/data center supply chains Exposure to high-demand infrastructure platforms such as H100, H200, B200, B300, and related AI server deployments Existing relationships with resellers, brokers, integrators, or infrastructure operators in North America and/or global markets Compensation Base salary: $150,000 – $400,000 per year, depending on experience and scope Performance-based bonus / success fee structure available Total compensation may vary based on experience, performance, and market reach Job Type: Full-time Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
