Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Business Development, responsible for driving the growth of The Anderson & Co Group. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, crafting strategic business plans, driving lead generation efforts, managing key accounts, and securing agreements through contract negotiation. The Director will lead market research efforts, foster corporate partnerships, and ensure alignment with organizational goals to drive profitability and market presence. Qualifications Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and expand market opportunities. Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic decision-making to guide successful initiatives and achieve business objectives. Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and understanding of legal and financial aspects of agreements. Proven track record in Account Management to maintain lasting relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote work environment. Familiarity with the media, publishing, art, or e-commerce industries is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; MBA is a plus.
