We are looking for a Director of Business Development to help drive growth and strategic relationships across the Education sector in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a high-visibility role focused on developing long-term client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping position the company for continued growth across K-12, Higher Education, and institutional projects. We are looking for someone who understands the market, communicates well with ownership groups and industry partners, and can help continue growing the company’s presence throughout the region. Qualifications 10+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC Experience in commercial construction with a strong focus on Education projects Proven ability to develop clients, generate opportunities, and support successful project pursuits Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to operate effectively in a high-autonomy environment This opportunity offers a strong platform for someone who wants to play a key role in long-term regional growth within a respected and established contractor.
