Job Description
Job Title: Director of Business Operations I. Position Overview The Director of Business Operations serves as the central leader responsible for the management of the company's business operations and organizational execution. This role entails optimizing business processes, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Through the establishment of data-driven operational frameworks, support for the execution of strategic initiatives, and the optimization of resource allocation, this position drives revenue growth, improves operational efficiency, and facilitates the continuous expansion of the business. II. Key Responsibilities Business Operations Strategy & Execution Develop business operations strategies and execution plans. Support the company's annual business objectives and growth strategies. Drive the implementation and execution of key business initiatives. Enhance overall organizational operational efficiency. Operations Process Optimization Analyze and optimize business processes and operational mechanisms. Establish a standardized operational management framework. Improve cross-departmental collaboration efficiency. Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement. Data Analysis & Business Insights Establish operational data analytics and KPI frameworks. Analyze business performance, revenue trends, and operational efficiency. Provide operational analysis reports and decision support support. Identify business growth opportunities and operational risks. Cross-Departmental Collaboration Management Coordinate efforts across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams. Drive the cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives. Manage communications with key stakeholders. Enhance organizational synergy and execution capabilities. Business Performance & Operations Management Monitor key operational metrics and performance indicators. Establish goal-tracking and operational review mechanisms. Drive the achievement of business objectives and resource optimization. Enhance team execution efficiency and productivity. Revenue & Commercial Operations Support Support revenue growth and commercial operations management. Analyze sales pipeline and forecasting data. Optimize customer conversion rates and operational efficiency. Facilitate collaboration within Revenue Operations. Project & Change Management Manage key operational projects and process upgrades. Drive organizational change initiatives and operational optimization plans. Manage project risks and monitor execution progress. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule. Systems & Digital Operations Development Drive the development of operational systems and digital platforms. Manage CRM, ERP, and operational tools (e.g., Salesforce). Establish operational data visualization frameworks. Drive the adoption of automation and intelligent operational capabilities. III. Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred. Work Experience 20+ years of experience in Business Operations or Commercial Operations. 10+ years of experience in team management. Experience in cross-functional project management is preferred. Background in the SaaS, Internet, or Technology sectors is preferred. Core Competencies Proficiency in Business Operations and Process Optimization.
