Company Description Spirit of the Game Foundation is a global coalition dedicated to creating a more equal society, promoting sustainable business practices, and redefining success to prioritize social impact and personal accountability. Through its four pillars—Impactful Networks, Impact Coaching Coalition, NGO Support and Networking, and Global Social Movement—the foundation drives initiatives that foster collaboration among individuals, businesses, and NGOs worldwide. These efforts include training, coaching, peer groups, and the development of a crowd-sourced life philosophy that unites people from diverse backgrounds. The organization is expanding globally, with a focus on building regional and national networks, including in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Role Description The Director of Business Operations will oversee and optimize the foundation’s operational processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing business processes, improving operational efficiency, analyzing data to guide strategic decisions, overseeing financial planning, and managing organizational programs. The Director will also collaborate with diverse stakeholders across all pillars to drive impactful initiatives. This is a full-time, remote position. Qualifications Proficiency in Business Operations and Business Process Improvement to enhance organizational efficiency. Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and support strategic decision-making. Expertise in Finance, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource management. Experience in Program Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of projects. Proven leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with NGO operations or social impact initiatives is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Nonprofit Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
