Who you are 7+ years in compliance, AML/KYC, or regulatory affairs at payments/fintech/marketplace companies Comfortable with regulatory ambiguity — you can translate unclear rules into defensible positions Strong with numbers, metrics, and operational details High agency, builder mindset, good partner Exposure to crypto/stablecoins is a plus What the job involves We're hiring a Head of Compliance to design and own Whop's compliance program across all business lines. You'll own regulatory strategy and operational compliance across our payments platform and marketplace — from AML/KYC to trust & safety and privacy. You'll work closely with Product, Payments, and Leadership to build compliance into our business.
