Director of Customer Service

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Service to lead and develop customer service teams. Key Responsibilities Develop strategies to manage customer relationships and guide the team through escalated service issues Provide leadership through communication of vision, coaching, and development while monitoring service results Implement AI tools to enhance customer experience and develop CRM functions across various sales channels Required Qualifications Experience leading customer service teams in an e-commerce environment 8-10 years of progressive responsibility in service leadership positions Experience with implementation of AI tools in customer service Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus
