Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Customer Success at CEX.IO. The Director of Customer Success will oversee strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team, managing strategic accounts, and driving customer engagement strategies. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and develop long-lasting relationships with clients. Qualifications Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention strategies Experience in Account Management and cultivating long-term client relationships Strong skills in Team Leadership and mentoring customer success teams Understanding of Customer Experience principles and ability to implement them effectively Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
