DIRECTOR OF DENTAL OPERATIONS | LUXURY MULTI-PROVIDER PRACTICE Oasis Dentistry is seeking an exceptional Director of Dental Operations to help lead and scale our growing luxury dental practice in Charlotte, NC. This is not a traditional office manager position. We are a high-level, fast-paced, multi-provider practice focused on elevated patient experience, operational excellence, leadership development, and long-term growth. We are looking for a strong operational leader who thrives in high-performance environments and can help drive the practice forward while maintaining a calm, organized, solutions-focused culture. The ideal candidate is experienced, accountable, emotionally intelligent, highly organized, and capable of leading both people and systems at a high level. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee daily operations of a large multi-provider dental practice Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable Manage scheduling flow, productivity, and operational efficiency Help improve treatment acceptance and patient experience Oversee collections, insurance workflows, and accounts receivable performance Support hiring, onboarding, training, and team development Create and maintain systems, structure, and accountability Help maintain a positive, polished, professional culture Troubleshoot operational challenges proactively Partner closely with ownership to support continued growth QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 years dental management experience REQUIRED Experience managing a multi-provider practice strongly preferred Strong knowledge of dental insurance, collections, and treatment coordination Leadership experience required Ability to manage high-volume operations calmly and efficiently Strong communication and organizational skills Eaglesoft experience preferred Must be proactive, solutions-oriented, and accountable WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary + bonus opportunities Growth opportunity within an expanding luxury brand Supportive leadership team Beautiful modern work environment Team culture focused on professionalism, excellence, and growth Opportunity to help shape the future of a unique dental wellness concept Compensation $80,000–$110,000/year based on experience and qualifications Location Charlotte, NC If you are an experienced dental leader looking for more than a traditional office manager role, we would love to meet you.
