Director of Engineering A rapidly growing, innovation-driven manufacturer of miniature brushless motors and compact motion-control assemblies is seeking an experienced Director of Engineering. You will guide a multidisciplinary team through concept, design, validation, and full-scale production of mission-critical products used in surgical tools and advanced automation. Your leadership will influence product performance, quality, and speed-to-market while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory excellence. Drive disciplined product development processes that include requirements management, risk analysis, design reviews, verification, validation, and design transfer. Oversee design of brushless DC motors, power electronics, and sealed electromechanical sub-systems that meet stringent reliability and sterilization targets. Collaborate with Operations to establish capable, documented, and validated manufacturing processes that improve yield, cost, and throughput. Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, suppliers, and auditors, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and field issues.
