Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality software for customers and partners Own engineering strategy and execution roadmap, aligning with business outcomes and customer needs Drive the adoption of agentic AI systems and establish standards for engineering practices and performance metrics Required Qualifications BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus 15+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership 8+ years of experience leading engineering teams and managing managers Proven success in owning engineering strategy for major products or platforms Experience with cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and agentic AI systems
