What You Will Do: The Director of Enrollment at National Louis University plays a critical leadership role in driving the enrollment strategy and engaging with prospective students to guide them through the entire enrollment process, from inquiry to registration. This individual will be responsible for directly enrolling students, managing a team of enrollment specialists, building and maintaining employer partnerships, and enhancing processes to optimize student engagement and success. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for higher education, student-centered services, and innovation. Essential Responsibilities Supervise approximately 4-5 enrollment team members, managing all aspects of performance through data and observations of student interactions to ensure success in the achievement of enrollment objectives. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with employers to create pipelines for student enrollment. Collaborate with corporate partners to develop customized education pathways that meet workforce needs.
