About PromiseOperations | Systems, Governance & Organizational Execution PromiseOperations is MAP’s operational infrastructure division responsible for organizational coordination, workflow management, execution systems, and strategic alignment across teams. The division ensures that leadership priorities move from discussion into implementation through structured systems, accountability, and operational clarity. Role Overview MAP is seeking a highly organized, systems-oriented, and mission-driven Director of Executive Operations to help coordinate organizational execution across leadership, operations, and strategic initiatives. This role serves as a central operational partner to executive leadership and functions as a high-level coordinator responsible for ensuring organizational priorities move from discussion into execution.
