Experiential Sales Hunter Wanted for NYC’s Next Big Brand Activation Platform Salary range: $150,000-190,000 base + OTE + uncapped commission Are You the Missing Piece? This leading Out-of-Home media and technology company is launching a new experiential division focused on bringing brand stories to life through immersive activations, station takeovers, street-level experiences, and culture-driving moments across NYC’s most iconic, high-traffic destinations. Think Coachella-style experiential energy, but embedded directly into the everyday pulse of New York City. Yes, it’s fetch. They’re specifically looking for someone deeply plugged into the experiential space with real brand-direct relationships, a track record selling large custom activations/programs, and the ability to get into the room early when launches and campaign planning are happening. This is not transactional media sales. This is workshop-led selling, strategic concepting, and relationship-driven deal-making with some of the biggest brands in beauty and CPG. You’ll be expected to get in early when launches and campaign planning are happening, co-create ideas directly with brands and agencies, and turn ambitious concepts into real-world experiences that people actually talk about. What’s it going to take to score an interview? Deep relationships across beauty and/or CPG brands with strong fluency in the experiential marketing ecosystem A proven track record selling large-scale custom experiential activations and programs Experience opening new business and building brand-direct relationships from scratch Consultative selling style; you’re not just pitching standardized media packages Comfortable leading workshop-style strategy conversations with brands and agencies Experience navigating complex, high-investment deals with multiple stakeholders A strong network across experiential agencies, media agencies, and brand marketers Ability to get into the room early during launch planning and campaign development True builder mentality and excited by ambiguity, creation, and momentum Strategic thinker who’s also highly hands-on Executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers Relentless hunter mentality and willing to knock down doors and create opportunities Bonus Points If: You’ve sold experiential tied to media, OOH, entertainment, or cultural moments You’ve worked on premium, high-visibility activations in major urban markets You’ve helped launch or scale a new business unit before You have strong agency-side relationships in experiential and integrated marketing You’ve built long-term trusted partnerships with beauty and lifestyle brands You’re energized by highly visible roles with influence on go-to-market strategy and growth You should take this meeting because … This is a high-visibility, career-changing opportunity to help build an experiential business from the ground up.
