Role Description The TwinEagles Club seeks a skilled and experienced Director of Food and Beverage for a full-time on-site role in Naples, FL. This individual will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, including restaurant dining, bar services, banquets, and special events. Responsibilities include ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, designing and executing menus in collaboration with the culinary team, managing budgets and inventory, and maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations. Additionally, the role involves team leadership, staff training, and fostering a collaborative, professional work environment to achieve excellence in service and operations. Qualifications Strong leadership and experience in managing Food & Beverage operations, including food service, menu planning, and culinary coordination Proven expertise in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering excellent dining experiences Proficiency in managing budgets, cost controls, and inventory systems Solid understanding of health and safety standards and regulatory requirements in food and beverage operations Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and develop a diverse team Proficiency in the use of software for planning, reporting, and management Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in an upscale or private club environment is a plus
