Director of Grants Management FT Gibson City, IL 60936 Overview Salary Range $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 Salary/year Position Type Full Time Description Job Title: Director of Grants Management Department: Grants Management Hours & Shift Requirements: Full-Time-Salaried General Summary Under the general supervision of the Sr. Executive Director of Communications, the Director of Grants Management will lead the organization's grant development, administration, and compliance functions. This position plays a critical leadership role in securing and managing federal, state, and private funding to support rural healthcare delivery, behavioral health services, workforce development, and community-based initiatives throughout East Central Illinois. The Director will work closely with executive leadership, clinical departments, outside consultants, The East Central Illinois Rural Consortium, and regional partners to align funding strategies with organizational priorities and community health needs. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate consortium-level meetings include quarterly consortium management team meetings, monthly consortium implementation team meetings. Attend all events of the East Central Illinois Rural Consortium they are assigned to, i.e., Opioid Coalitions, Juvenile Justice, HRSA, SAMHSA, IDPH and other Community organization meetings. Ensure high quality of communication between and among the consortium members. Lead identification, evaluation, and pursuit of funding opportunities (e.g., HRSA, SAMHSA, USDA, FEMA, CDC, EDA, IDHS, IDPH, RWJ, and other private foundations).
