Job Summary The Director of Growth Marketing is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for building and scaling a modern, data-driven marketing engine. This role owns demand generation, digital strategy, content execution, and performance marketing to drive measurable revenue growth. The Director will lead the transformation of the company's branding and digital capabilities through Account-Based Marketing (ABM), multi-channel campaigns, and analytics-driven decision making. This individual will partner closely with Sales and Product Management to align marketing efforts with revenue goals while leading a team of content creators and designers. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation & Growth: Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies and ABM programs to build pipeline and drive revenue. Design scalable, full-funnel campaigns targeting key industries and customer segments. Digital Strategy & Performance: Define KPIs and optimize performance across all digital channels (web, SEO, paid media, email, social). Leverage intent data and marketing technology to improve ROI and efficiency. Content Strategy & Execution: Lead a cohesive content strategy focused on high-impact, multi-format content (including video and thought leadership) that supports brand positioning and sales enablement. Marketing Operations & Analytics: Build dashboards, attribution models, and reporting to measure campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Foster a data-driven marketing culture. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of content creators, designers, and marketing specialists. Build modern capabilities in demand generation, digital, and marketing operations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Management, and leadership to align on strategy, product launches, events, and go-to-market initiatives. Brand Positioning: Strengthen brand presence and perception through consistent, modern marketing practices across all channels. Qualifications 8-12+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing (B2B preferred). Proven success leading Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and full-funnel demand generation strategies. Strong track record in marketing analytics, attribution, and performance optimization. Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams. Hands-on experience with AI tools, marketing automation, and intent data platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
