Director of Healthcare Economics

A company is looking for a Director of Healthcare Economics to join their Medical Economics team. Key Responsibilities: Analyze claims and EMR data to quantify the clinical and financial impact of programs Develop and communicate clear ROI narratives for clients and prospective clients Partner with various teams to identify program successes and areas for improvement Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience with healthcare claims data in a payer or managed care environment Strong SQL skills with experience in accessing and analyzing large datasets Experience with Medicaid populations and reimbursement structures Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Prior experience managing analysts is preferred
