Set within a 300+ bed acute care hospital, the Infection Prevention & Control Director influences a comprehensive continuum spanning intensive care, medical-surgical units, perioperative services, emergency medicine, and maternal-child health with a Level III NICU. The facility’s Women’s Services deliver labor and delivery, antepartum and postpartum care, and a newborn nursery guided by evidence-based protocols and modern amenities. Advanced operating rooms, interventional suites, and specialty programs align with rigorous infection prevention standards and state-of-the-art sterilization practices. With broad operational visibility, the Infection Prevention & Control Director ensures safe workflows, standardized policies, and high reliability across every clinical setting. Reporting to the Chief Quality Officer and partnering with the CNO, CMO, and the Medical Director of Infectious Diseases, the Epidemiology and Infection Prevention Director leads CIC-certified Infection Preventionists with dedicated education and analytics support.
