Director of Information Systems Security

A company is looking for a Director of Information Systems Security (ISSO). Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of ISSOs and cybersecurity professionals to enhance security and compliance initiatives Oversee risk management processes and ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory standards Develop and implement enterprise-wide security policies, procedures, and training programs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred) 10+ years of experience in information security, IT compliance, or cyber risk management 5+ years of leadership experience managing security teams Extensive experience with the NIST Risk Management Framework and achieving Authorization to Operate (ATO) Active senior security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GSLC, or CISA)
