Improve operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Communicate effectively across a bilingual workforce and customer base. Oversee complex multi-team operations while maintaining service quality standards. Qualifications And Certifications Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related service-based industry. Strong financial acumen including budgeting and P&L management. Proven leadership experience managing and developing large teams. Ability to oversee complex operational environments. Strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual Spanish-English conversational proficiency required. Strong process improvement and operational management skills.
