Position Summary: As Director of Manufacturing you will oversee an industrial manufacturing complex with full accountability for site performance. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping culture and driving safety, operational results, and long‑term growth strategy. As Director of Manufacturing you will have the following responsibilities: Provide direct leadership to plant and department leaders across molding, stamping, plating, assembly, tooling, and materials operations Own overall operational performance, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metrics Lead and sustain continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and data‑driven problem solving Drive effective new product introductions in collaboration with engineering and commercial teams Set and execute long‑range operating plans to expand capacity, strengthen technical capability, and support business growth Champion a culture of accountability, engagement, and leader development across all levels Monitor KPIs and financial performance, using economic analysis to prioritize resources and investments Maintain full site P&L responsibility, ensuring achievement of revenue, cost, and profitability targets As Director of Manufacturing you should have the following qualifications: 5 years of senior manufacturing leadership experience in a high‑volume, complex production environment Proven experience leading large, cross‑functional operations teams Strong background in operational excellence and structured problem‑solving methodologies Exposure to injection molding, metal stamping/plating, or electronics/PCB assembly (preferred) Experience supporting high‑volume, engineered products (preferred)
