Director / Sr. Director, Asset Management | PJM (Ohio Growth) If you’ve been managing assets but don’t control performance, strategy, and P&L - this is the role that changes that. We’re partnered with a major U.S. power company that just acquired a significant generation portfolio in Ohio to build out a large-scale generation platform in PJM. This is a true ownership role tied to a newly acquired asset, with a mandate to optimize performance and help scale future acquisitions in the region. Why this role stands out Ownership of a newly acquired, high-quality gas asset Direct role in expanding a regional platform Full P&L accountability Visibility to COO and senior leadership Positioned in one of the fastest-growing power markets in the U.S. Direct exposure to AI + data center-driven demand growth What You’ll Be Doing Own performance and profitability of a PJM asset Lead integration and optimization post-acquisition Position assets in day-ahead and real-time markets Manage commercial agreements and market exposure Partner across operations, trading, and finance Help shape strategy as additional assets are added What We’re Looking For 10–15+ years in power generation or energy markets Experience commercializing and optimizing assets Strong understanding of PJM markets Leadership presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders Background across operations, commercial, or asset management The bottom line This is not a maintenance role.
