Director Of Nursing - Don Mlee Healthcare is searching for a qualified Director of Nursing to join an established hospital in Georgia. In this role, you will oversee the planning, organization, development, and overall management of the Care Center. You will ensure that operations align with federal, state, and local regulations, while driving excellence in patient care and departmental efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Self motivation, creativity, and capabilities to function in a semi-autonomous role within a fast pace and dynamic environment. Develop, maintain, review, and update written policies and procedures, nursing manuals, job descriptions, reference library Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting as necessary Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing Requires Unencumbered Georgia Registered Nurse License 5 to 7 years of leadership experience in Long Term Care preferred BLS & CPR certifications required
