DON INPATIENT REHAB Full Job Description($100,000 - $120,000 PER YEAR) REPORTS TO: Administrator JOB OVERVIEW: We are looking for a Dynamic Nurse leader that is looking for a small but mighty staff of RNs, LPNs and PCTs to lead. We are a boutique style physical inpatient rehab facility where the average length of stay is 14-20 days. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Work as part of the Interdisciplinary Team where Nursing Is a Supportive But Crucial role. Integrates the nursing plan of care with the Therapy Department treatment plan to attain the patient's optimal level of function. Participate in Patient Care Conferences and Discharge Planning. Treats patients and their families with respect and dignity. Interacts professionally with patient/ family and involves them in forming the plan of care. Able to maintain a good working relationship both within the Nursing Department and with other departments.
