Leadership that Impacts Lives Achieve Whole Recovery is seeking an experienced and emotionally intelligent Director of Operations to help lead and strengthen operations across our Denver clinic and supporting service departments. This is not a traditional desk management role. We are looking for a strong operational leader who can navigate a fast-paced, high-accountability healthcare environment while helping develop people, improve systems, and support access to quality behavioral health and addiction recovery services throughout Colorado. Position Overview: The Director of Operations will oversee operational leadership, workflow management, departmental coordination, and team development across multiple service areas. This role works closely with executive leadership to improve operational performance, strengthen communication between departments, support growth initiatives, and maintain high standards of patient care and organizational accountability. This position oversees operational leaders and collaborates across clinical, administrative, billing, screening, telehealth, and field support departments to ensure efficient and compliant operations throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership Oversee daily operations across the Denver clinic and supporting operational departments Provide leadership oversight to billing, screening, telehealth, field operations, contingency management, and administrative support workflows Ensure operational teams adhere to company policies, procedures, compliance standards, and quality expectations Evaluate operational processes and implement improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, communication, and service delivery Support multi-site operational coordination and workflow standardization across departments Leadership & Team Development Supervise and support operational managers and department leaders Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and respect Conduct leadership meetings, operational reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations Assist with staffing oversight, onboarding, hiring coordination, scheduling support, and operational coverage needs Help mentor developing leaders and strengthen team communication across departments and locations Strategic Operations & Growth Collaborate with executive leadership on operational planning, growth strategies, and expansion initiatives Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement and increased operational performance Assist with operational budgeting, staffing allocation, inventory systems, and resource management Support the development of scalable systems and workflows during periods of organizational growth and change Compliance, Facility & Technology Oversight Support compliance initiatives related to clinic operations, medication handling standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures Coordinate operational facility needs, repairs, maintenance requests, and vendor communication Collaborate with IT and operational support teams to improve technology systems, workflows, communication tools, and operational infrastructure Assist with oversight of operational security measures and clinic safety systems Community & Partnership Engagement Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, community partnerships, healthcare providers, and operational vendors Represent Achieve Whole Recovery professionally within the community and at organizational meet
