Director of Operations/Project Manager - Faith-based environment Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of operations, project management, or organizational leadership in a high-pace, high-complexity environment Proven ability to lead teams toward clear metrics, outcomes, and accountability Demonstrated ability to build systems, SOPs, and infrastructure from scratch Strong business intuition — able to see around corners and forecast organizational needs High emotional intelligence, discernment, and sound judgment Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential organizational information Proficient in Google Workspace and project management platforms (Asana, Monday, Notion, or equivalent) Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience in a multisite church, nonprofit, or high-growth entrepreneurial environment Familiarity with church management platforms — Planning Center, Overflow, or similar Financial dashboard and reporting experience Familiarity with Culture Index, DISC, or similar leadership assessment tools Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking a Director of Operations to help lead a fast-growing, multisite church alongside the Chief of Staff and Senior Pastor. Must be local to Atlanta Compensation $70,000 to $80,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
