Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and expanding client relationships. Manage large-scale projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget parameters. Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments to evaluate success and implement corrective actions as needed. Qualifications Proven management experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on operations and marketing. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, business development, and building strategic partnerships. Extensive experience in project management and process optimization within a fast-paced environment. Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for motivating teams and driving organizational change. Knowledge of operations management principles, including workflow analysis and resource allocation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
