Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Augusta, GA, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. As the Director of Operations, you will oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure that store functions align with overall strategic goals. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing operational efficiency, analyzing data to inform decisions, supervising and mentoring team members, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processes and support the continued growth of the company. Qualifications Proven expertise in Operations Management and Budgeting to efficiently oversee daily functions and financial planning. Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis, performance tracking, and decision-making. Effective Team Management skills, with experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating diverse teams. Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a high-quality experience for customers and align processes with customer needs. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities to handle multitasking and dynamic business challenges. Experience in retail or boutique management is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
