Summary Of Role We are seeking a forward-thinking leader to evolve our operations training function and institutionalize decades of operational expertise. This role will maintain critical training and operational support responsibilities while driving innovation through technology and AI to create scalable, digital learning solutions that sustain performance and enable continuous improvement across PCC’s manufacturing sites. Key Responsibilities Become a subject matter expert in PCC’s operational frameworks, business models, and end-to-end manufacturing processes to effectively design and deliver impactful training and performance solutions. Lead the delivery, enhancement, and sustainment of PCC’s core operations training programs. These programs are critical for equipping new and existing supervisors with the knowledge and skills to apply PCC’s operational tools effectively. Deliver operations content for formal leadership programs including: Front-Line Leadership Training, Operations Director Development Program, and General Manager Development Program. Evaluate and revamp program content to ensure relevance and impact. A key focus will be on developing strategies and technology-enabled solutions to sustain learning beyond the classroom, such as digital reinforcement tools, interactive job aids, and AI-driven performance support. Capture and organize the knowledge of experienced leaders into practical resources that can be shared across the organization. Create easy-to-use tools and processes that help teams apply PCC’s best practices to real-world challenges. Develop onboarding tools and materials for Operations leaders, teaching the fundamentals of theory of constraints, SIOP, and other key operational concepts. Partner with HR, Quality, EHS, and other functions to align operations training with organizational priorities, initiatives, and compliance requirements. Embed leadership behaviors aligned with PCC’s culture, decision‑making approach, and operational expectations. Implement a training measurement system to track participant progress, skill application, and performance improvements across sites; report trends to senior leaders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 8–10 years of progressive operations leadership experience in aerospace manufacturing or related industry, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior‑level operations role (e.g., Plant Manager, General Manager). Must also have at least 1 year of formal training and facilitation experience. Ability to apply advanced operational frameworks such as Lean, TOC, and SIOP. Demonstrated ability to design and implement training programs at scale. Exceptional facilitation capabilities, with experience delivering training to frontline supervisors, managers, and cross‑functional operations teams; able to simplify complex operational concepts and create an interactive learning environment. Familiarity with digital learning platforms, AI-enabled tools, and technology-driven performance solutions. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and drive organizational change, including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new processes and technologies. Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
