Job Description Director of Operations - Gourmet Retail Location: Towson, MD Compensation: $100,000-$150,000 (commensurate with experience) Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt Position Overview A well-established, high-end grocery retailer is seeking an experienced Director of Operations - Gourmet Retail to provide strategic and hands-on leadership across multiple store locations in Towson, Maryland . This senior leader will partner closely with ownership and executive leadership to oversee store performance, financial results, merchandising standards, and leadership development. The ideal candidate is a proven multi-unit retail operator with strong financial acumen, a collaborative leadership style, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a premium food or specialty retail environment.
