Job Description
The Director of Partnerships & Community Engagement is the engine behind how TAP grows, responsible for building the relationships that fuel our impact and expand our reach to small business owners across the country. This is a highly visible, externally facing role for someone who thrives on connection, momentum, and results. You will lead the development of TAP’s small-business pipeline by cultivating partnerships with community organizations, CDFIs, SBA resource partners, chambers of commerce, and other mission-aligned networks. You will also represent TAP in the market at events, convenings, and in key conversations, positioning the organization as a trusted, high-impact partner.
