Director of Product Management I. Position Overview The Director of Product Management serves as the central leader responsible for the company's product strategy and product management framework. This role entails formulating the product roadmap, driving product innovation, and managing the entire product lifecycle. By deeply understanding market needs, customer pain points, and business objectives, this position coordinates the Product, Design, R&D, and Operations teams to continuously enhance product competitiveness and commercial value, thereby supporting the company's long-term growth strategy. II. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Development Formulate product strategies and long-term development roadmaps Align product initiatives with corporate business objectives and market demands Identify product growth opportunities and directions for innovation Drive product commercialization and enhance market competitiveness End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management Manage the entire product lifecycle, from planning and design through to launch Define product requirements, feature prioritization, and iteration plans Oversee product releases and version management Continuously optimize product performance and user experience Market & User Needs Analysis Analyze market trends, competitive products, and industry dynamics Gather customer feedback and user requirements Develop user personas and conduct usage scenario analysis Translate market insights into actionable product strategies Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Execution Collaborate with R&D, Design, Operations, and Sales teams Drive the timely and high-quality delivery of product projects Manage communications with key stakeholders Ensure alignment between product objectives and overall business goals Product Data Analysis & Optimization Establish product KPIs and a comprehensive data analytics framework Analyze user behavior, conversion rates, and retention metrics Provide recommendations for product optimization and growth Champion data-driven decision-making within product development Product Commercialization & GTM Support Support product pricing strategies and business model design Drive the execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies Collaborate with the Marketing team on product promotion initiatives Provide support to Sales and Customer Success teams User Experience & Product Innovation Drive User Experience (UX) optimization initiatives Enhance product usability and customer satisfaction Champion the development of innovative capabilities (e.g., AI, automation) Foster a culture and framework for product innovation Product Operations & Process Optimization Establish standardized product management processes Promote Agile product development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) Improve product development efficiency and delivery quality Optimize requirements management and prioritization mechanisms III.
