This role involves overseeing rehab operations, managing a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage PT, OT, ST, PTA, and COTA teams Oversee daily rehab operations and compliance Develop and monitor patient treatment plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Qualifications Licensed Therapist (PT, OT, ST, PTA, or COTA) – SD or eligible Minimum 2+ years of experience (SNF preferred) Leadership experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
