Location: Tulsa, OK Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekend Rotation Compensation: PTA/COTA: $30–$36 per hour PT/OT: $40–$46 per hour We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Rehab to lead our rehabilitation department in Tulsa, OK. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily therapy operations, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in a SNF or CCRC environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional therapy services. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department Supervise and support therapy staff, including scheduling and team development Develop and implement therapy programs tailored to patient needs Monitor patient progress and ensure appropriate treatment plan adjustments Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care Conduct staff meetings, training, and performance support Maintain accurate patient records and therapy documentation Assist with department budgeting and operational planning Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Requirements Current Oklahoma license as a: Physical Therapist (PT) Occupational Therapist (OT) Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Minimum of 3 years of experience in a SNF or CCRC setting Prior leadership or management experience preferred Strong understanding of rehabilitation regulations and compliance standards Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to lead a team while maintaining quality patient care Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Ability to pass background check and drug screening Additional Information Full-time leadership opportunity Stable weekday schedule with no weekend rotation Supportive clinical environment New graduates will not be considered for this position If you are a dedicated rehabilitation professional looking to grow your leadership career and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes, we encourage you to apply.
